Hours: 8:00a.m. to 4:30 p.m
Overtime weekend, Saturday 6am to 11am
Job Summary of the Service Technician position
Integr8staff seeks a Service Technician. The Service Technician will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of electric, gas, cordless, and pneumatic power tool equipment by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities of the Service Technician position
Ability to create, edit, and complete repair and sales invoices on the computer.
Prepare tools and part orders for shipment as required.Prepare parts for order fulfillment, shipment.
Assist in physical inventory.
Assists in maintaining the appearance of the facility in a professional, clean, and organized manner, consistent with company’s brand image, daily.Create, edit and complete repair and sales invoices on the computerEmbrace and promote brand values while delivering customer care principles.
Begin learning procedures for creating reports.
Read and understand repair procedures.
Maintain work area in a clean, safe, and orderly condition.
Performs other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements of the Service Technician position
Proficient in basic computer skills
Knowledge of power tools and applications
Read and understand repair schematics and procedures
Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot and repair parts inventory accurately.
Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to adapt to changes in workload requirements.Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Embraces and promotes brand values while delivering customer care principles.
Weight of tools differ; candidate should be able to lift at least 50lbs.
